フロー理論で知られる心理学者
ミハイ・チクセントミハイ は、
創造性の研究においても大きな業績を残しました。

彼はこう述べています。

「才能は個人の中だけで完結するものではなく、

ピアノ、楽譜、作曲家の思想、
そしてAIが共存する現代の音楽教育──。
私たちはすべて、先人たちが積み重ねてきた知恵と文化の上に立っています。

それが教育に携わる者としての重要な使命だと感じています。

how to establish a stable tempo, and how to understand the composer’s intentions.

Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi, widely known for his Flow Theory and
his influential research on creativity, wrote:

“Talent does not flourish in isolation;
it blossoms through its interaction with society and culture.”

The piano, musical scores, the ideas of composers,
and the coexistence of AI in today’s musical environment—
all of these rest upon the cultural heritage built by those before us.

To receive that baton,
and to pass it mindfully to the next generation—
this is one of the essential roles of educators and musicians.
